We worked with Emily at Power Real Estate to purchase a land lot for a future home build. What started as a simple question on social media turned into working with a very kind, yet knowledgeable person who took care of us and aaaaalllll our endless questions from beginning to end. We were blown away by the attention to details throughout the process, from providing copies of all documents, meeting with us to answer concerns, facilitating communication with the seller, and last but not least, a very sweet thank you gift at closing which showed such gentle attention to us as people, not only as buyers. There are not enough GREAT things to say about Paul and Power Real Estate! I bought land early last year from Paul and then around March this year decided to sale it with Paul because of my experience purchasing I had no doubt he would help sell. Paul is very involved and hands on. Not only does he always respond in a time manner, but he will also text you back during is non-working hours. He always kept me up to date with everything that was going on with the lot needing to be cleared and with suitable potential buyers. He often asked me if I was okay with something, and my response was always well what do you think Paul. His whole story of how he started his company makes you realize hard work certainly pays off. When I initially bought my lot in Deer Crest, I was thinking of switching to a different lot and Paul always answered my questions, met me at the community and walked the lots with me to ensure I understood my options. No company is perfect, but I am not sure what more I could ask for. He has a lot of patience, and I am surprised he wanted to work with me to sell my lot since I was so uncertain and kept changing my mind about switching lots. Although I relocated out of Alabama, I would definitely work with him again if the opportunity presented itself. Just know I appreciate you and your teams hard work and dedication throughout this process, so glad I was able to get my money back. Best wishes : )
