I have been attending Rebecca's classes for over 10 years. Having had a back operation it was important to me that my teacher was a member of a recognised institute such as the AIPP of which Rebecca is. With Rebecca also being a qualified physiotherapist she took the time to assess my body in the early days to understand my capabilities before joining the class, which filled me with confidence. If you choose to attend one of Rebecca's classes rest assured you are in very safe hands. I cannot speak highly enough of her application to the wonderful world that is Pilates.

I have attended Rebecca's Pilates classes for many years and have certainly benefited both mentally and physically from attending. Classes are run in a safe environment, Rebecca being aware of peoples limitations and makes sure each individual is able to work safely within their capabilities. I would certainly recommend these classes.

I have been working with Rebecca for approximately 8 months now as part of my training to row an ocean and stay injury free. The classes are excellent, working in small groups, focussing on different areas each week as well as consistent core exercises. I have seen improvement in many areas and specifically core control and balance. Rebecca has a great ability to balance the different needs of everyone in the class whilst still making it very enjoyable to attend every week.

Rebecca offers carefully planned classes with well thought out adaptations to make sure you are working correctly for your body. She is an excellent teacher and her classes are very popular. If you are unable to attend a class then you can swop to another session, even take part on a Zoom class. This makes sure that you never have to miss out.

I did a lot of research to look for a properly qualified Pilates instructor, not just a 'yummy mummy' in a village hall. Rebecca is both! A fully qualified physiotherapist, she carefully adapts everything to what is right for you. She is superb and is so popular she can fill as many classes as she is willing to take.
