Beautiful studio, great classes with every level in mind. Both owners are friendly, supportive and welcoming. There is no judgement in classes and alternatives are offered if needed. It’s a safe space for all, have met some lovely people and it’s a gorgeous community. Thank you ladies ❤️

Such a warm and friendly atmosphere, you can feel the energy as soon as you walk through the door. I was a bit nervous because it was my first class but the instructor took her time to explain everything about the machine to me. The classes are only small ( maximum 6 people) so the instructor is able to spend more time with each person if they need it. It's almost like having a one to one session. All the little finishing touches from the positive affirmation cards to the sanitary products in the bathroom made it feel so personal. You can tell a lot of love and thought went into creating this studio. I can't wait for my next class
