Ilona is a great yoga teacher, I always look forward to the Monday sessions. She is very attentive and empowering, I feel uplifted and relaxed after each class. I also enjoy the variety and novelty of poses. Having recently started yoga after several years of interruption, Ilona's classes have become an essential part of my week!

Ilona’s class is held in a beautiful old village Hall in Cuddington It’s always warm and cosy and has a wonderful atmosphere. Ilona is a lovely teacher. She demonstrates each pose and clearly explains the moves, which makes it easy to follow I have found that her class is energising and leaves me with a feeling of wellbeing. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is a complete beginner or has done yoga for years. I wish her every success
