I've never been fitter and stronger than I am now. The coaches are really helpful and all the members are really supportive. It's a great club and facility, and CrossFit is a great way to work out. You know it's good when the trainers train here too.

Joined around 7 months ago after spotting the gym and popping in, wish I’d found CrossFit much earlier! The programming, other members, coaches and gym is great, it’s been brilliant for me and really recommend it. You can start at your level and adjust any movements to fit your capabilities but always have encouragement to progress and improve 👍

In to my 3rd week at the new gym in the legends classes. Well organised and equipped. Very clean. Coaching has been excellent with full explanations and understanding of us older folks' problems. Everyone i have met so far has been very friendly. Looking forward to a winter of hard graft and good results .

Joined CrossFit Braintree 2.5 years ago and I wish I joined years before. I’ve done many different fitness or sports related activities over the years and never have I felt my health and fitness progress so much, but also have my fitness be so well rounded than it is today. What’s also great is the atmosphere, so many different people of different abilities, experiences and yet everyone supports everyone - no exceptions! Every class has an experienced coach on hand to guide you and coach you. I recommend CrossFit Braintree to anyone!

An absolutely amazing place. For fitness, for strength for movement, weight loss, or mental health, this place and the coaching & programming here tackles it all. Workout for fitness, community or just to live longer, you'll be accepted as a novice, embraced by everyone who goes and supported and applauded whilst you work towards whichever personal goal you've chosen. Plus, you'll feel like an absolute champ after every workout, no matter your level. Take those 5 stars and double it. It's worth at least ten! (Written by me, Jonny, who until finding CrossFit in 2020 had no idea what a 'double-under' 'power-clean' or 'muscle-up' was, now I'm doing them on the regular 😂)
