I Attended Mum & Baby at Core Studios and what an amazing, calm and welcoming space Tammy has created. The class allowed me to get back into exercise whilst still being with my baby. Tammy is an incredible instructor and I love my sessions

Attended a galentines event at the studio and it was absolutely perfect. The instructors were on hand to help and make sure we were all so comfortable. The little details made the night so beautiful. One my friend and I won’t forget. Will definitely be coming back ♥️xx

I have been loving Simone’s barre classes! She is so lovely and pays great detail to correct form. The classes are so fun and always feel the burn! Would recommend to anyone, with or without dance experience!

Such a lovely Pilates class. So welcoming and from my first session felt incredibly comfortable. It’s so intense and calm at the same time. Would highly recommend 🥰💗

Wanted to try Pilates for a while but didn’t know where to start or if I needed a beginners class too which are hard to find. Came across core studios and turned up completely on my own, my first session was extremely welcoming and was accommodating to it being my first class. It’s nice that it’s quite a small class so you get to chat and get to know the other girls who are all at different levels . Highly recommend, all the instructors are amazing and knowledgeable and clearly spend a lot of time creating classes for us 🫶🏻

Have been using Core Studio since newly postpartum and have had a wonderful experience. It is such a beautiful studio and Tammy is a fantastic teacher and helped me recover well from pregnancy and birth! Would recommend to anyone.

I started attending Tammy's mum and baby classes after I had my 3rd baby and having never done pilates or reformer was nervous. She made me feel so at ease and enjoyable. I love coming every week and seeing the progress I am making. I recommend core studio to everyone that wants to give it a go. X

Absolutely brilliant Mummy & Me classes with Tammy, fully recommend for anyone who has had a baby to find their core again. Lovely studio and Tammy is fab with the babies too which means you actually get to do the class!!
