Abby is such a fabulous instructor. The classes are very well planned and adaptable for each skill set. Abby is so patient and makes you feel so confident throughout the class. I’ve been going since the start of April and will never look back, my favourite part of the week! I also love how no 2 classes are the same so there is constant variation of the exercises. The studio is beautiful as well

Absolutely adore this studio. It’s such a warm, welcoming space. Abby is an amazing instructor and she pays so much attention to everyone individually, which makes a huge difference when perfecting movements. The studio itself is gorgeous, the equipment is beautiful, and there’s such a lovely community feel. Always my favourite part of the week!

I’ve been to Abby Mae Pilates on numerous occasions and I have thoroughly enjoyed every session. She is so lovely, professional and there to help when needed. I love the fact there are only a few girls in each session as Abby can focus more on each individual. I would definitely recommend and will be going back :)
