Lovely studio with fab friendly instructors if you are nervous about going to your first session because you’re unsure what to expect or because you have no one to go with don’t be ! You will be well looked after and everyone is so friendly and encouraging so just do it. I always notice a total shift in my energy after a session it instantly improves my mood and the improvements I’ve seen in my body make it so worth it too

I can’t recommend Salt Reformer Pilates enough! The teachers are absolutely amazing so supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They make every class feel welcoming and empowering, no matter your level. The studio itself is stunning such a beautiful, calming space that instantly makes you feel good as soon as you walk in. Everything is so thoughtfully designed, it really adds to the whole experience. I’m honestly in love with this place and look forward to every class.
