The Gym Way - London

I recently joined this beautiful boutique gym, and I’ve finally found my perfect routine. My goal was simple: save time and achieve results faster and with The Gym Way, that’s exactly what I’m doing. The location is incredibly convenient right opposite Big Sainsbury’s. After work, I go straight to the gym, grab a protein or energising booster drink (they have a great variety in the fridge), take a class, and within an hour I’ve ticked off my workout for the day. No wasted time. Ali, Mersin and Sunit. They run fantastic classes with real structure and variety, and they are incredibly professional while still being warm and friendly. You truly feel like part of a family here. They create an environment where you feel supported but also pushed to be your best. After training, I quickly pop into Sainsbury’s (literally two seconds away), then walk home feeling accomplished and satisfied. This gym is so convenient and completely different from noisy, overcrowded places. It’s focused, efficient, and results-driven exactly what I need. I’m so happy I found this hidden gem.

I’ve had a really great experience training at The Gym Way. The atmosphere is motivating, the equipment is modern and well maintained, and it’s always clean and organized, which makes workouts much more enjoyable. The staff is amazing and very helpful! A special mention to Ali, who works there — he’s incredibly helpful, professional, and always welcoming.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GYM FOR WARRIOR MINDS ONLY!!! The Gym Way Kensington is truly a hidden gem. This boutique gym is beautifully designed for proper training — not for distractions, not for lounging, but for real results. It’s not for the weak-minded. It’s for people who are serious about getting fit and focused on their goals. It’s small, but incredibly powerful. I used to go to big luxury gyms with pools, restaurants, saunas, and endless classes — and honestly, you just get distracted. You end up relaxing more than training. Here, when you walk in, your focus is 100% on your workout. Nothing else. Since training at The Gym Way Boutique, my physical condition has improved dramatically. I’ve lost around 15 kilos, and I truly credit the structure, discipline, and motivation I found there. The biggest highlight? The incredible staff — Ali and Mersin. They run outstanding classes with a wide range of training styles: boxing, circuits, weightlifting, bodybuilding, cardio, stretching — all delivered with a highly professional approach. Their knowledge goes beyond standard coaching; they monitor your form carefully, make sure you don’t injure yourself, and even advise you on proper recovery. I used to take a long time to recover after workouts elsewhere, but here the programming is smart and balanced. This gym is for Spartans. For people who want results. And the prices? Extremely reasonable — especially considering the quality you receive. I’ve actually saved money compared to luxury gyms where I wasn’t getting real results. If your goal is to get fit, lose weight, and stay focused — this is the place. Highly recommended.

I worked out here for three months while staying in Kensington and it’s a great neighborhood gym. It’s small enough to feel comfortable while still having enough equipment for any kind of lifting (though if you move a lot of weight at once you might have to walk around to gather the plates 🙂). The staff is wonderful and the price is a lot better than the mega-gym down the road. Highly recommend.

I’ve been training at this gym for a while now, and honestly it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. The equipment is always clean, the atmosphere is motivating, and the whole place just feels well-run. A special shout-out to Kemal, the gym manager — he goes above and beyond every single day. He’s friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the members. Anytime someone needs help, he’s there. You can tell he puts real effort into keeping the gym organised, safe, and welcoming. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to work out with top-tier management.

Decided to write a review after overhearing 3 customers complaining because it made me realize that unless complaints are made, things won’t change. PROS -technically has a bit of everything so I use it as my close to home secondary gym -if you like calisthenics or don’t need much equipment, you’ll find what you need CONS -free weight section is tucked in a small area, doesn’t have enough benches and weights are outdated and dirty -machines that brake down don’t get fixed -staff telling off customers for bringing their jumpers to the gym, instructing them to place them in the locker instead -staff checking cameras and sending out emails telling customers they didn’t put a weight back -no water fountain upstairs -low ceilings, not enjoyable for tall people Conclusion: given that it services the Marriott hotel, you’d expect a much better gym, which is kept after.
