Nat is so warm, welcoming and gives off a wonderful calming aura. Her classes are a wonderful space for reflection and connecting to others - as well as a chance for some self love and peace! After my hectic days it has really helped me to take a moment and concentrate on my mind, body and wider wellbeing.

Nats Yoga class is special. So calm, so beautiful, so gentle. If you are looking for deep, soft, nurturing yoga this class is for you. The class is an uplifting tonic and Nats teaching style is a joy. So nice to move to music too.

I’ve been attending Nat’s yoga class for a full term now as a beginner, and it has been such a positive experience. Nat is incredibly welcoming and creates a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that makes everyone feel comfortable, no matter their experience level. As someone new to yoga, I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how encouraged I felt to go at my own pace without any pressure. The classes have helped me build confidence, improve my flexibility, and most noticeably, they’ve really helped me sleep better. I always leave feeling calmer, more balanced, and looking forward to the next session. I’d highly recommend Nat’s class to anyone, especially beginners who might feel nervous about starting yoga.

I always come out feeling lighter than I go in! A core part of my self care mental health plan. All of Nats yoga classes are calming and peaceful, with nuggets of core (e.g. plank), strength (e.g. downdog) and balance (e.g. tree pose) - all with scalable variations. She encourages everyone to listen to their body, even if it is needing an extended shavasana. I struggle to do loads of downdogs with my shoulder, but her classes normally do it 1-3 times and not for too long so its manageable. I also get dizzy doing yoga flows (getting up/down often or sun salutation) but that's not her style - flows are slow and I never get dizzy. The only disappointing side is not having classes over school holidays but everyone needs a break and she gives us "homework" to keep moving and mindful.

Nat organised a wonderful private session for me and my friends for my birthday. We had a chat before and talked through the options for the session and what I wanted from the time. As runners we focussed on post- run yoga poses and then had a super relaxing singing bowls session. The whole session was 90mins but it was so fun, chilled and relaxing it went by in a flash. Thanks for a great session Nat.

Every workshop / circle I’ve attended of Nat’s has been utterly magical - she holds such a beautiful, safe space for women to come together and share whatever is on their hearts or/and minds. I feel supported and nurtured after any sessions I’ve had, going home with senses of peace and hope every time. Nat’s authentic and soulful energy opens your heart and makes you feel at ease to be your full, true self too💖 (Pic is alter at my most recent sister circle in Cockermouth😍)
