I’ll be honest — I was skeptical at first. Pilates seemed like it wasn’t really for guys. But a friend convinced me to try Solstice, and it completely changed my perspective. The workout is no joke — my core, flexibility, and posture have all improved significantly. The instructors are professional, knowledgeable, and make you feel welcome regardless of your fitness level. Best thing I’ve added to my routine in years. Highly recommend it to any guy who thinks this isn’t for them — trust me, it is!
