Jane is such a kind , warm person and this comes through in her generous and thoughtful teaching style. I returned to yoga after a long time and felt immediately comfortable in Jane’s classes. The classes have helped me connect again with my body and improved flexibility. I can’t recommend Stilhet Yoga enough !

Love Jane’s Wednesday Vinyasa flow yoga class. I felt welcomed from the beginning and not having done much yoga before, I have always felt comfortable even when I can’t sometimes hold the poses. Jane always gives alternate options which is really helpful and comforting.

Beautiful Friday morning class from Stillhet Yoga. Jane creates such a calm atmosphere and explains everything so well, always giving options so you feel fully guided and safe. Leave feeling relaxed and up for anything the weekend may bring. Highly recommend.

Jane is an incredibly talented and supportive yoga instructor. Her classes are a great mix of activity and relaxation. I have been going to her Monday evenings classes for several months and not only do I look forward to them each week, but I always feel the benefit afterwards. I’ve been able to achieve much more than I thought I would in her classes and would absolutely recommend them to any yoga enthusiasts out there!

Just perfect yoga classes! I've recently returned to yoga after a break of too many years working late and not prioritising my health and well being. I now can't get enough of it! Jane's classes provide the perfect blend of balance, strength, meditation and serenity. I feel like I'm floating when I leave each class, and I've noticed massive improvements in my posture, core stability and overall strength. Cannot recommend Jane enough!

Jane and Stillhet Yoga have brought wonderful authentic yoga classes to our village each week. As a beginner I was welcomed and her teaching style gives me confidence class by class and also inspired by fellow students. Would recommend Stillhet Yoga 🫶

I can't recommend Stillhet Yoga highly enough! The classes are relaxed and Jane helps build up and modify postures to suit all abilities and limitations. The Slow Flow classes are so relaxing and make Mondays something to look forward to!
