CrossFit Tamworth

Since joining Tamworth CrossFit gym I have gained confidence, got fitter and lost difficult to shift weight. The classes are scaled to suit me. The coaches are really helpful and knowledgeable. The small class sizes mean you get a more personal service 👍

Joined the CrossFit Tamworth gym 3 years ago and it has turned into a love/hate relationship! Love the coach led classes, the variety in workouts, the strong sense of accomplishment, the chance to learn new skills, meeting new people and joining a very welcoming community. I hate missing the workouts!! Best decision I’ve made was walking through the door 3 years ago.

Been doing Crossfit now for 2 months. It's the most consistent I've been with exercise for a long time. Like the variation, every class a good mix of cardio and strength. Found it hard at first, being an ageing female with aches and pains, however after first month, started to feel stronger, noticing knees not as painful in everyday life. Although fellow participants want you to strive to do your best there is a healthy lack of elitism. The Tamworth place is a professional, well run unit with a nice focus on community and inclusivity.

Had some time to check this gym out and although it was a small group…was a blast! Equipment: decent amount of weights and they have 1 ring muscle up set and a pull up rig , however since the gym is In the basement…the pull up bar isn’t meant for tall people like me lol. Space/real-estate: only had 3 people total for that class but I assume it would get really crowded with a big group.

Great place with different workouts everyday! Definitely not your average gym at CrossFit Tamworth! Love that every session is coached and with proper warm ups and cool downs! Workouts are scaled to your needs, and explained fully! I have progressed so much since starting and have never felt so strong and fit 💪🏼 great community with all different abilities who encourage you all the way! If you’re thinking of joining, just do it! I started at the ripe age of 43 & my husband followed suit a few months later, walking through those doors a few years ago was the best thing we ever did 😊

The best gym. One of the best CrossFit I've ever been to in the world. Friendly and helpful coaches. A very friendly atmosphere. I arrived very shy because I don't speak English very well, but I was always well received and made me stay. It's been more than 1 year and 4 months since the best decision I’ve made. Highly recommended 5 ⭐

Great gym, great community and brilliant coaches. Since I joined CrossFit Tamworth I noticeably became fitter, stronger and learnt loads of new skills! Great place to meet new people and make new friends as well as getting fit at the same time ☺️💪

If you want a place where you can find your limits, if you want a place where everyone is patient with you and understands your fitness goals and ambitions, if you want tot join more than just a gym then come be part of Crossfit Tamworth. All the staff are amazing and the coaches are there for you when you need them (even if you don’t think you do). If you just want to feel better overall, don’t hesitate and take the leap. You won’t regret it.
