I've just started Laura's classes again after a long break, sadly can only make Wednesdays but can't recommend more highly. Appropriate for all levels, she allows you to push hard or ease back - I can feel the difference just after 2 sessions! I feel stronger, longer and leaner...and it's also fun and atmosphere really relaxed. Thanks-you!
